The workshop consisting of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and cardiorespiratory exercises will be given by Hasan Kılınçer


H.I.I.T Program with Orçun Cinpir

The workshop consists of 12 exercises, 4 sets consisting of 2 cardio and 1 strength exercise. Intensity is 30 seconds and strength exercise is 15 seconds.
